Whether you’re playing in your pickup league finals, hosting an office holiday party to boost morale, or working on your Olympic figure skater dreams, there’s room for everyone on TD Station’s state-of-the-art ice surface.

Here’s what you need to know

  • Ice times are scheduled in one hour increments and include one guaranteed dressing room. Games with opposing teams (not pickup) will receive two dressing rooms. Please let the admin staff know that this is a game when requesting ice time.
  • You have access to the dressing rooms 30 minutes prior to your ice time. You must be out no later than 30 minutes after your time slot ends.
  • No individual or group will be permitted on the ice until the rental is paid for and the ice usage agreement is completed and sent to the administrative office.
  • We do not provide skates.
  • Helmets are not mandatory, but are encouraged.
  • Verbal or physical abuse or harassment to any of the TD Station employees or fellow renters will not be tolerated. Anyone in violation of this policy will be immediately ejected.

How to reserve a time slot

  • Fill out a contact form on the website. Be sure to include the date(s) you’re looking for, a time frame, and a brief overview of what the rental is for (ex: pickup hockey, minor hockey league practice, etc).
  • Someone from the office will get back to you regarding availability. Once you’ve confirmed your time, you’ll receive an invoice and an ice usage agreement (IUA). Fill out your IUA and make arrangements for payment.

How to pay for your rental

  • Payments can be made via credit card in person or over the phone at 506-632-6103 any time between Monday and Friday from 9-4:30. We accept all major credit cards (including AMEX), debit if paying in person, cheques, or e-transfer.

How much does it cost?

  • Monday to Friday (7am-5:15pm) – $235.75
  • Monday to Friday (5:30-close) – $350.75
  • Weekends (all day) – $350.75
  • Renting more than 10 hours in a season – $322

Add-ons (excluding tax)

  • Small score clock – $0 (must be requested through the admin office when booking)
  • Sound system/music – $105
  • Large score clock – $205/hr
  • Microphone – $55
  • TD Station personnel – $65/hr (one TD Station security employee is required for every 100 people attending the event, whether as a spectator or participant).
  • Food services – estimate to be provided upon request
